When the festive season approaches, it brings with it an air of excitement and an opportunity for communities to come together. Our brief for the Christchurch BID Christmas in Christchurch campaign was to create a print marketing series that would not just inform but truly captivate the public and an inspiring social media ads campaign to run alongside. The goal was simple: to spread the word about the vibrant events and activities happening around Christchurch during the Christmas period, from the enchanting Christmas Lights Switch On to the harmonious Carol Concert and the whimsical Elf on The Shelf hunt.
Our Approach

For this festive endeavour, we designed a series of eye-catching posters that were distributed across retail and hospitality venues. We also crafted a bespoke A3 fold-out booklet that was a joy to behold, showcasing all the events in their full glory. With an emphasis on style and substance, our print marketing was designed to ensure each event shone brightly in its own right.
And because a picture is worth a thousand words, we provided professional photography services for each event. This not only ensured that the Christchurch BID had a trove of striking visuals for their social media campaign but also gave them plenty of high-quality content to use in the years to come.

The social media campaign was a resounding success, generating an 80% increase in page visits and over 442,000 views. This translated into a record-breaking year for footfall in Christchurch during the events, as the town buzzed with festive cheer.
